International Freight Forwarder

Location: London
Type: Full time
Salary: 5000-15000 £

If you are a person with above-average skills and motivation to work, you can organize your and your drivers' working time, meet the requirements described in the advertisement and want to develop further with us, we are waiting for your application. DAILY TASKS: - planning, organization and supervision over the transport processes of own fleet - obtaining transport orders for own fleet, both from direct customers and from transport markets - customer service in the area of domestic and international transport - winning new customers and building partnership relations are welcome and rewarded - settlement of drivers, routes, single transports - reporting to clients and supervisor - active participation in the development of the company Interested persons please send your application We guarantee discretion during the recruitment process and reserve the right to contact selected candidates.

Requirements:

- experience in the field of transport/forwarding - very good command of a foreign language, allowing for easy communication by phone and e-mail with customers (English or German - this is a necessary condition, and knowledge of it will be verified during the initial interview) - ability to work under time pressure and in order to achieve the set result - high personal culture both in relations with the client and with colleagues - willingness to develop a long-term career in the transport industry and improve your result - experience with freight market like: Timo.com, Teleroute, Transportoreon, Trans.eu

Key Account Manager EUROPE

Salary: 7000-11000 £

We are looking for YOU! Responsibilities: • Actively create and develop good long-lasting relations with Key Accounts of the company • Constantly monitor and analyze information about the market, Key Accounts‘ needs and requirements, as well as come up with the solutions to meet them • Create and implement long-term strategy for Key Account development, prepare sales plans and action plans to achieve them • Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of targeted Key clients to ensure they do not turn to competition • Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives • Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams • Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust • Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics • Ensure timely response for all sales leads/key correspondence, handle incoming customer and vendor calls • Monitor client performance versus targets, as well as outstanding freight and adherence to agreed contractual credit terms • Create, formulate and manage service contracts with customers. Communicate service or rate changes, notable trends, policies and relevant information to assigned accounts • Check, update and follow tender calendar for targeted Key clients

Requirements:

IF YOU HAVE: • At least 2 years of experience in international B2B sales and/or business development; • Excellent sales, negotiations and problem solving skills; • Passion for challenges and high achievement orientation; • Good command of English language • The possibility to go on business trips on a regular basis • Organizational and time management skills including multi-tasking, prioritizing, and the ability to plan work activities efficiently to meet deadlines. We expect the candidate to have great teamwork skills and be highly analytical professional with proven negotiation skills. Additionally we seek for commercial acumen, being passionate, have strong initiative, be self-driven with commitment to succeed.
